It did this by administering personalized workout plans, delicious diets, practical nutrition advice, suggested lifestyle changes, supplement recommendations, referrals to affiliated health professionals, and much much more. 
For 20 years Coletrain Fit remains the #1 personal training and supplement supplier in Northern New Jersey. 



Shawn Cole owner of Coletrain Fit is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who has been a personal trainer for over 20 years.  Because of his deep understanding of human anatomical structure, Shawn’s specific brand of training is focused on kinesiology and the creation of natural movements specifically designed to optimize workouts for each of his client’s unique body types.  His knowledge of medical indications and contraindications makes him qualified to train clients suffering from medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, orthopedic problems, cardio-pulmonary problems, and many other limitations.                               
Along with a fitness training certification from Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) , he also holds Group Exercise, Silver Sneakers (senior training), Yoga, Healthy Lifestyle, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and First Aid instructor certifications.

Greetings my name is Lateef Are AKA "LT". I'm proud to be a Coletrain fitness trainer specializing abs and correct technique. While playing sports at a younger age, I first knew I had interest in training. The more focus I was to train helped increase my performance, making teams and build self-esteem. I would like to be your personal trainer and help you reach your goal one rep at a time!






Pier McPherson, 500-RYT Yoga Profile
Yoga found Pier (RYT-500) in 2014. One of her favorite quotes is, “the universe has a way of making one pay attention to what they truly need,” and for Pier, it was yoga. Pier’s style of teaching is Vinyasa Flow with an emphasis on alignment. Her immense passion for growth is evident in her continuous quest to study, learn, and grow spiritually. In 2016, Pier obtained her 200-Hour Teachers Training and, by the next year, a 300-Hour Advanced Teachers Training at JaiPure Yoga Studio in Montclair, NJ under the guidance of her teachers Marcie Wallace and Loryn Riggiola. In April 2018, Pier’s path led her towards wanting a deeper understanding of meditation, and so she pursued her Meditation Teachers Training certification with Sri Reverend Jaganath Carrera of the Yoga Life Society.
Pier’s background is in Personal Training. She is well-versed in anatomy and exercise physiology of the body. In 2007, she obtained her 500-Hour Personal Training Diploma and soon thereafter solidified her studies with a personal training certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Pier’s uplifting spirit and her fitness background compliment her Vinyasa style of yoga training and teaching. With a keen eye for alignment Pier offers her students the opportunity to build strength while guiding them in techniques of mindful breathing. She brings confidence and grace to her classes as she creates a space for an overall mindful practice.
